The helpdesk is the central reporting point within our organization for your benefit. The helpdesk is continuously staffed with two members of our team, so you can place your support request during office hours.
The registration and further processing of the requests takes place via AccountView, whereby the customer’s data, the problem that occurred at the customer and the urgency of solving the problem are clearly recorded. These activities are then passed on to one of our consultants / system administrators and together with the helpdesk it is examined how the necessary support can be provided.Before the support takes place, clear agreements are first made with the customer and the relevant consultant about the day and time of the assistance to be provided.
